Production description:
The essential oil machine produced in our factory is designed according to the essential oil extraction method: steam distillation.
This is the most commonly used method for extracting essential oils. 95% of the essential oils are extracted by distillation. This method is to put the plant parts (wood chips, flowers, leaves, etc.) containing aromatic substances into a large container (distiller). At the bottom of the container, the steam heated by low pressure is then poured into the container. When the hot steam is filled in the container, it absorbs the aromatic essential oil in the plant and helps with it. The water vapor passes through the condenser tube above, and is finally introduced into the condenser. After the steam cooling is converted into water, oil and water can be separated and the essential oil can be collected.
