Wuxi Soap Machine is exported wordwide now to many countries. We make automatic laundry bar soap line normally from 500kg/h to 3000kg/h line. Of course we also can make smaller soap production machine from 150-500kg/h according to your budget.
Main Production Process:
Saponification--> Vacuum drying --> Soap noodle --> Grinding --> Vacuum extruding --> Cutting. Material and Consuming for producing soap: Oil or fat of plant or animal (palm oil, coconut oil, tallow oil, etc.), caustic soda (NaOH), sodium-chloride (NaCl), sodium silicate, fragrance, pigment, etc.
